Three engagement models.

From multi-year capital partnerships to single-call advisory, Dwell Logic offers flexible engagement structures for investors at any scale.

Commercial real estate

01 · Capital Partnerships

Joint ventures and equity participation.

Dwell Logic raises capital from high-net-worth individuals and institutional partners to acquire commercial and multi-family real estate across Western Canada. We handle the active aspects of the investment — sourcing the acquisition, executing the renovation, managing tenant operations, and arranging any eventual refinance or disposition. The capital partner provides the equity and receives an ownership stake on terms that prioritize their protection.

Most partnerships are structured so that investor capital is fully repayable at the time of refinance or sale, before Dwell Logic takes any profit distribution. Partners are paid before the principal. Where a partner's name on title is appropriate to the structure, we accommodate it.

Certain partnership structures and jurisdictions require an accredited-investor designation. We address this in the initial conversation.

02 · Advisory & Consulting

Targeted advice. Hourly. No retainers.

Hourly advisory for investors, family offices, and other operators. Typical engagements include acquisition underwriting, repositioning strategy, market entry, portfolio review, and second-opinion analysis on specific deals.

Standard rate is $150 CAD per hour. No retainers, no productized programs, no courses. You are paying only for the time the principal devotes to your specific situation.

03 · Deal Sourcing

Off-market and distressed-asset flow.

Dwell Logic actively sources commercial, multi-family, and value-add development opportunities across British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba — both for our own balance sheet and for our network of capital partners. Investors with committed capital and clear acquisition criteria can request to be added to our deal-flow distribution.
